This project had the main purpose of providing suggestions for how to maintain your health. To maintain good health, the first step is to learn what you can do. We had to learn what was good for our bodies in order to do this. We looked at many different methods that people tried to improve their physical and mental health. Finally, we came to some suggestions that would help us remain happier and healthier.

We started by looking at what food we eat. We found that certain foods were bad for us, while others were good. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
